1.The kinetic energy of the welding body is proportional to the output power of the laser. The laser power increases with the increase of the output power of the laser, and the kinetic energy of the welding body also increases. Therefore, there will be a large amount of kinetic energy irradiance of particle beam to the bottom of the small round hole in unit time, and the irradiance heating effect of particle beam to the bottom of the hole will be improved. The more raw materials volatilized at the bottom of the hole, the heavier the weld bead.
2.The kinetic energy of the welding body is inversely related to the welding rate. With the acceleration of the welding rate, the less the irradiance time of the particle beam to the small circular hole, the less the kinetic energy of the welding body with irradiance in the small circular hole, the lower the volatilized raw materials at the bottom of the hole and the lighter the weld path.
3.In the whole process of defocusing, with the decrease of the distance between the focus of particle beam and the surface layer of the workpiece, the smaller the laser spot in the small circular hole, the larger the laser power, the greater the dynamic energy of the welding body, and the stronger the negative electron to the raw material at the bottom of the hole, The more raw materials volatilized at the bottom of the hole, the heavier the weld bead.
4.The weld bead is similar to linear transition with the kinetic energy of the welding body. The larger the kinetic energy of welding body, the more kinetic energy of particle beam irradiance accepted by the raw materials of the products in unit time and total area of the enterprise, the more volatile raw materials, and the heavier the deep hole and welding pass.
